Customer sends a Purchase Order (PO) via EDI/API to PIL Logistics, initiating the logistics process.
Inbound Shipment Notification
Customer issues an Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN), informing PIL Logistics of the inbound shipment details, such as arrival time and contents.
Goods Receipt and Inventory Update
Upon receiving the shipment, PIL Logistics’ Warehouse Management System (WMS) records goods receipt and updates inventory.
Shipment Order Processing
Customer sends shipment instructions, detailing what items need to be prepared for shipping.
Order Fulfilment and Inventory Adjustment
PIL Logistics’ WMS adjusts inventory based on picking activities, with real-time updates sent to the customer’s system.
Loading and Shipping
Items are loaded, and outbound goods issue is recorded. Shipping notifications are sent to the customer, confirming dispatch details.
Real-Time Visibility and Control
Throughout the process, continuous data exchanges provide the customer with real-time visibility and control over inventory levels, shipments, and stock status.
